HEARN acquired the approximately 908,000 SF office and 715 car garage component of the building in June 2013. A redevelopment and repositioning included a HVAC retrofit for the entire building, lobby & entry redevelopment, sculpture installation “Lucent” by acclaimed artist Wolfgang Buttress, security upgrade, X-Lounge game room, fire alarm & BAS replacement, common corridor upgrades, fitness & conference center upgrades.
