After acquiring the asset formerly known as Shand Morahan Plaza in 1997, HEARN converted what was then a single-tenant, fully vacated property, into a multi-tenant asset. The land directly across the street which had been used to park 307 cars, was eventually sold to a developer to build residential condominiums and a parking garage for both commercial and residential use. The office building was later sold in May 2007 to Triple Net Properties LLC. HEARN was retained as property manager for several years after the sale.
