After acquiring the asset formerly known as Shand Morahan Plaza in 1997, HEARN converted what was then a single-tenant, fully vacated property, into a multi-tenant asset. The land directly across the street which had been used to park 307 cars, was eventu­ally sold to a developer to build residential condominiums and a parking garage for both commercial and resi­dential use. The office building was later sold in May 2007 to Triple Net Properties LLC. HEARN was retained as property manager for several years after the sale.
