100 North LaSalle is a 164,000 square foot, 25-story, Class B office building at the northwest corner of LaSalle Street and Washington Street in the heart of Chicago’s Central Loop submarket. In March of 2013, HEARN partnered to recapitalize the leasing and redevelopment plan. 100 North LaSalle exceeded expectations in virtually all areas of the investment, raising occupancy by 23% and renovating over 60% of the building’s RBA. The property was sold in January 2016 to Sun Life.
